Terms and conditions
Merchandise Terms and Conditions
- Order Acceptance & Payment:
The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders, particularly
due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or payment authorization
issues. - Shipping & Delivery:
Shipping dates are estimates, and the seller is generally not liable
for courier delays. Risk of loss often passes to the buyer upon delivery
to the carrier. - Returns & Refunds:
Returns often require prior authorization and may be subject to
restocking fees (e.g., 20% ). Final sale or customized,
non-defective items are non-refundable. - Defective Merchandise:
Claims for defects must typically be made in writing within a short
period (e.g., 1 week). Remedies are usually limited to replacement or
credit, not refunds. - Limitation of Liability: Sellers limit their liability to the purchase price of the product, excluding indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Intellectual Property: Use of the site and purchase of goods does not grant rights to trademarks or content.
These terms are designed to protect the retailer, define expectations for the consumer, and outline procedures for disputes.
